The room was very cold and lacked heating, making it hard to relax after sunset.

what a so-called 'cozy' place, if you enjoy freezing in your room and overly loud staff ignoring you. plus, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but they definitely just forgot about me. my stay was meant to be two nights, but one was enough! I'd almost give a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Cramped spaces leave little room to breathe!!! Cold showers are less than ideal after a long day, and the lack of proper bathroom supplies is frustrating!!! A late-night ruckus ruined the peaceful ambiance!!!
